Robert Landers, President/CFO

Bob is a graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1978 and a Masters degree in Finance in 1979.  Bob spent over 2 years in public accounting with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in Chicago before joining Heil, Heil, Smart & Golee in 1982.  At Heil, Heil, Smart & Golee, Bob worked with both the insurance and real estate operations prior to becoming a Board member and Corporate Treasurer in 1990.  Bob also oversees corporate information technology.

Gregory Hughes, Executive Vice President

Gregory joined Heil, Heil, Smart & Golee in Commercial Property Management in 1995.  He graduated from Illinois State University in Bloomington Normal, IL where he studied Communications, Business and Sociology.  Before joining HHS&G, he worked as a Divisional Property Manager in Chesapeake, VA.  Gregory has successfully overseen real estate development and leasing while maintaining close watch over each site we manage.  His professional approach to all aspects of the job continuously produces increases in the market value of real estate holdings and satisfied tenants.  Gregory has completed the Real Estate Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business.

Jennifer Quinlan, Vice President

Jennifer graduated with honors from Marquette University.    She has also received her MBA with honors from Loyola University and has completed the Real Estate Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business.   Jennifer joined Heil, Heil, Smart and Golee in 1992 and has advanced within the organization, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.  She now assists the Commercial staff with the leasing, accounting, and administrative duties. 

Robert Doody, Property Manager

Bob joined Heil, Heil, Smart & Golee in April 2001.  He studied Business Administration at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Bob has also attended the Chicago Technical College and Gateway Technical College in Racine, Wisconsin.  Before joining Heil, Heil, Smart & Golee, he spent twenty years working for Standard Tank Oil Installation Company in Elk Grove, Illinois, and has also worked as a broker in Real Estate.  Bob strives to enhance our hands-on policy with property management, and increase communication between tenants and managers.  Bob currently resides in Southeastern Wisconsin.

Christine Clifton, Administrative Assistant/Office Manager

Christine joined Heil, Heil, Smart & Golee part-time in 1998 and advanced to full-time in 1999.  She worked at the front desk performing a multitude of tasks combined with reception and telephone work.  She quickly moved into Assistant to General Administration, taking on duties of supply ordering and inventory, mail processing, special projects, etc. while still supporting the front desk.  In early 2000, Christine advanced into the Heil and Heil Insurance Agency (www.heilandheil.com).  Mid 2005 Christine was promoted to Administrative Assistant/Office Manager and, in addition to supporting Company officers and managing the office, her duties include support of the Commercial Real Estate Department.
